The Baltimore Travel Survey, 1977, is a comprehensive collection of demographic characteristics and travel patterns for 967 households in Baltimore, Maryland. The survey was conducted in May and June of 1977; survey results have been maintained and distributed by the United States Federal Highway Administration. Survey participants were asked to provide detailed household information, including length of residency at current address, number of household occupants, type of dwelling unit, number of vehicles available to household occupants, and the body type of each vehicle.
