Information was gathered from employees working in 11 different countries including the United States, United Kingdom, China, India, Spain, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Africa, and Botswana. The industry sectors included technology, pharmaceuticals, consulting, energy, and finance. Demographic variables included gender, birth year, race/ethnicity, education, marital status, number of children, hourly wage, salary, and household income
