Additional topics covered President Bill Clinton's land use policies, Clinton's role in Whitewater, environmental issues, immigration, abortion, Medicare, the budget deficit and taxes, same-sex marriages, tobacco industry, the death penalty, and approval ratings for Clinton, Newt Gingrich, and Congress. Demographic information was collected on sex, race, age, religion, education, political party identification, and family income
