Summary
In a very special brothel known as the "Balcony," the customers live out their wildest dreams, oblivious to a revolution that's going on outside. Madame Irma is the brothel's madam. Her occasional lover, the Chief of Police, enlists her help in halting the revolution. Roger, the leader of the revolution, seeks refuge in the brothel, where he poses as his opponent, the Chief of Police
